I think what’s happening is, they believe Kevin Reddington is seeing the evidence and hearing the testimony for the first time and figuring it out as they go. The reality is, Kevin investigated every shred of evidence, and read all the witness statements/ testimonies, which he had for 3 years, she hired Kevin 3 years ago in 2023. It’s his job to build the best defense for her off of the evidence including Patrick’s testimony and her medical records, it would be immoral to drag her through this plea, if he thought he could exonerate her completely.

Holy cow - I try to apply critical thinking when consuming any type of content - but I had only heard the theories that he did it! You have truly opened my eyes with facts and logic and grounded me in reality. 🤯 I feel kind of sheepish about it - of course he was investigated.

Also, Patrick has (at least publicly) always been a Lindsey supporter. He forgave her, and said it wasn't the Lindsey he knew that did this. He isn't on the stand or working with the prosecution in spite of Lindsey. Like I'm sure many of us could be like if our kids were taken from us like this. From what I know, he was a stand up husband and father. Were signs ignored? idk. Hindsight is 20/20. Life is hard and busy. Things get missed. But this was also an opportunity for a seemingly good man to be uplifted and be an example for men. Instead he's been vilified and now men are questioning whether women should vote or be president 🤦🏼♀️

He was investigated yes. And he was also not an absent husband or father. He was there. He was taking her to appointments, checking her into institutions, working from home, helping with the kids, etc. She even said she was thankful to have him because she didn’t know how she’d get through without him.

It’s genuinely alarming how many people brush off what experts and knowledgeable people in the fields of this case have to say because it doesn’t align with their theory. “This all checks out unfortunately” is a great way to phrase it; this is an unimaginably horrible situation, but the facts are there. Patrick isn’t the “perfect victim” like some may say, but he is undoubtedly a victim
