for me, if i like to choose one, i prefer 17-40 F1.8 Sigma. i used to shoot with prime. so i wont mind to take extra steps to get the focal length i wanted in some particular situation. quality wise, im super satisfied with this lens.

i thick i have another way for you. now you have a normal zoom already. instead of sell it for another narmal zoom. for just a little bit better. you should save the money for another focal like tele zoom or wide zoom or pime.
