Seriously as a life long Houstonian, always tag an extra 30 minutes to EVERYTHING. If I need to be at work at 7a, my brain registers it as 630a. Usually only 15 min early but never late and never stressed out about the commute

I’ve left an hour & a half early for a 30 min drive several times just to still end up 10 minutes late because someone decided to Tokyo drift on the freeway & practically shut down the city to clear it up😂
