I think she was on her psych meds while the prosecution was talking about the murders but now her defense team is up, she's not as medicated. She doesn't have to listen to all the details of what she's done.

I haven’t seen anyone see this but in order for her to be okay with going through this trial she is probably STILL getting a lot of meds. She probably gets meds after she leaves court and before. A lot of these faces and the eyes widening and head tilts can be from tardive dyskinesia which is a condition in which you have involuntary muscle movements due to the Benton side effects
