Intermittent fasting is very healthy. Very important for autophagy. You should have known that.

Do you have a video on macro tracking? My boyfriend and I are starting a heath journey next week(payday) and we’re looking at high protein, low fat, minimizing (almost eliminating) sugar, not carb counting but not consuming copious amounts either, and starting with a calorie # that works for us. Three main meals with small snacks in between. 30 minutes of walking in the AM before work and hitting the gym 4-5 days a week alternating days. I think I’ve educated myself enough to get started but would love more advice.

Pushes products for flexible diet and talks about macro tracking…then ranks calorie tracking a tier lower lol

Intermittent fasting is S tier to me. I am built exactly like you bro and it has worked wonders for my mental health and helps to keep my BF low.

I think calorie counting could be S tier if you know what you are doing with it. Could be D tier if you simply go by calories alone and nothing else

If you learn ingredients and foods, you dont need to track macros and calories. I've done it....makes time for other things!

I lost 170lbs on dirty keto but then gained 35 back and have stabilized to the point I can’t seem to lose an ounce. Definitely want to explore the macro tracking.

I’ve been doing keto since February. Pretty clean but on the weekend will have a couple keto “junk” snacks like 1 bag of quest chips etc. I’ve lost a ton of weight. I don’t think I want to do this forever though. I like how I feel but I don’t think it’s sustainable forever. Any tips on how to slowly transition to having some more carbs without gaining? I have major self control when I’m on this diet. Not so much when I’m not

This is really good for weight loss. Sound advice for sure. I personally lost the most weight in my life on Carnivore, but I understand that it can be too restrictive for most people. However, Carnivore is so much more than a weight loss diet. People are legitimately healing major health conditions and packing on a lot of muscle too.

A “diet” should be a lifestyle. Most people go on a diet to lose weight, once they reach their goal, they go back to their old ways. In order to eat healthy, you shouldn’t have to go on a diet.

Every one knocks WW but honestly it’s a good plan. They definitely want you eating whole 1 ingredient foods and then gives you a buffer for when things to enjoy. Very pro fruits, vegetables, lean meats and even healthy fats.

On a cut, calory counting is everything combined with strength traing and some carbs are not good for you. Very simpel and easy to follow for life really
