I think its ridiculous they're still aloud to use a horse and buggy its dangerous as hell especially where I live theres a lot of blind turns you meet them in going from 55 to a sudden stop is dangerous not to mention a lot of times its a whole buggy of kids and they just leave horse crap everywhere I think its time they got with the times they need to have vehicles or have someone drive them since they got all that money from not paying

For everyone that says it’s cosmetic ,does not understand how asphalt works . Top layer that is now gone repels the water. Moisture seeps into asphalt from rain. Winter comes and that moisture freezes and expands causing cracks .problem repeats itself !

I haul 80k lbs of oil in semi trucks on those roads everyday. I don't see a horse or buggy making potholes and ruts. leave their way of life alone. its just fine.
