I work at a Great Clips, and we actually end up fixing a lot of full service salon cuts due to the simple fact that we do cuts all day long and get more practice at it in general. Sorry this happened to you!!

Where you said your length was, where it actually was, how short it was cut AFTER it was curled and bounced up. I would consider this definitely a “little trim” and “just the dead ends off”.

Hairstylist here- not just great clips babes. ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE. Getting your haircut is always a gamble. I’m a baby stylist myself, I have definitely chopped some peoples shit. I have also definitely come a longggggggg way, since I’ve been working at this salon for 4 months😁 you neverrrrrr know. We just hired someone who is on the same level as me, maybe even more of a baby stylist, and she was renting a booth before. It can happen anywhere lmao. I just want people to remember that everyone comes from a verryyyyyy different background in this industry, and everyone has to start somewhere…. Just hopefully you aren’t the one being started on😂😂
