1.problem is the abyss spreads, when you take care of an infestation for say idk a mould, you have to get rid of the entire thing 2.And what will those technologies do? A mutual self-destruction that will turn to phlogiston? The abyss will always come back, it will always be a threat, wiping everything out isn’t exactly what Phanes would want considering Teyvat is an Ark against the abyss 3.Neuvilette is a reborn dragon living amongst humans, I doubt he was friendly to humans previously especially since he’s based off the Biblical Leviathan which is quite literally an evil beast (sometimes interpreted as Satan…) 4.oh yeah, called a usurper… by the dragons, biased as hell. the flaw you seem to not understand is the fact that even their KING was affected by the abyss. and if Phanes was NOT there, their king would have destroyed teyvet with the Abyss. No amount of Technology would have stopped Nibelung. Phanes is Evil to the dragons that is true. But there is no way the Dragon's could have prevented the abyss and stopped Nibelung at the same time. At best they had the Technology to hide the moon. Not Tayvet.

for anyone who's watched Gurren Lagan. Genshin Follows the Same delimma. Phanes NEEDS to destroy advancing civilizations in order to keep away the abyss. just like how the Spirial king seemed like a villain in Gurren Lagan, only to find out, he was deliberately Killing civilization so it wouldn't reach a point where the anti spiral would come and destroy that planet. It's the same. Hate or Love Phanes. He's a Necessity Tayvet cannot do without, especially humans.

for kaenriah you need to know that they were hidden from phanes gaze it was told.many times. phanes only sent archons and shades there when abyss was leaked. so no ones knew the responsible of the cataclysm therefore everyone there was punished. and they weren't even totally innocent. lang gang people deserved less to be nuked than kaenriah, they just had bad luck with abyss coming in their land when in kaenriah they litteraly brought it in teyvat,they were planning on overthrowing Hp, they were playing with abyss trick in plain day to mimick elemental power and mock vision user. stop acting as if every nation punished or destroyed by hp WHERE innocent
