saying don't fly out of Manila and instead fly out of Cebu is like saying don't fly out of LA, Go to Phoenix instead. Those two places aren't even close together.

I am from Cebu, everytime I travel international, I would make sure the layover (if there is) will never be NAIA. Its the worst airport. 😂

Nice one! Appreciate the logistical breakdown. 😅 Of course, there’s going to be good days and bad, but the entire Airport team in Cebu is doing its best every day to deliver the best passenger experience for everyone. Hope you enjoyed Cebu!

There isn't any direct flights from the USA into Cebu. I hate layovers of 12 hours in South Korea lol

If you’re going to Cebu from US, you can take United Airlines with layover in Tokyo-Narita. It can be also Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, EVA Air, Starlux, or Korean Air which they offer direct flight to Cebu

Mactan is only empty because it mainly caters to budget airlines, most of which fly out at midnight or dawn, so expect zero to few people during the day, but it’s crowded as hell at midnight.

why would you fly out of Cebu if your visit it to the northern part closer to manila and visversa why would you fly from Manila if you are in the visayan regions???
