As a kid I wanted a hamburger phone, a high heel phone or the set of lips phone. Alternatively I wanted a phone that I saw in movies from the 70s that you hung up by dramatically slamming down onto a hard surface. (At least that’s what movies suggested to my 80s kid brain)

1. Cheeseburger phone 2. A vintage ice-blue rotary phone 3. One of those clear phones from the 90’s 4. One of those phones that looks like a pair of lips. Did DJ Tanner have one of those in Full House? Either way, add it to the list. 5. What about phone that looks like a shoe like an undercover detective would wear? Is that just real in cartoons? There are gadgets that you can Bluetooth your cell phone to a land line phone to be able to use the land line phone without actually having a land line.

So: 1 - I LOVE the segue from Lego collection = Lego phone = Bird Bird phone = Phone collection 🥰 Classic neurodivergent justification of a new collection. 2 - I went to a vintage store earlier this year and realized that essentially all old tech (typewriters, calculators, phones etc.) are AMAZING fidget/stim toys, and fell in love with all of them, but could only afford to buy one, do I bought this phone, which was still a huge splurge at like $35, but now I want more vintage tech! 3 - Re: Land line - There's a thingy called "Cell2Jack," that's $37 on Amazon, that's a Bluetooth adapter to use landline phones on your cell phone's phone service. I want to get it for my land line phone, but need to save up. 💚
