Nukes just don't even matter anymore. None of these powerful countries care about the deaths of their citizens so "weapons of mass destruction" just don't have the meaning they once did. Iran and Ukraine are both proving this in real time. You can blow up apartments and schools all you want and no one flinches. If you want to make a point, you have to attack the money. So... all this talk about nukes feels like it's just become a distraction, frankly.
