love you Riley, but this one you are wrong on. I work in mental health, they system failed her..in return failed those kids. She did seek help. Not an excuse but psychosis is VERY real.

First - totally backed you - but in this I do not. You are giving a number and saying get help. She tried that - multiple times - that is the difference here - she really begged for help and was failed on so many levels.

Damn, you had to do this. I can’t fathom the amount of women/mothers that do not see what this woman went through. How many times she reached out for help and was turned away. Not to mention the failure on the part of her husband, family and medical professionals. I have watched this trial and I believe she was failed but everyone.

Psychosis and psychopath ARE NOT the same thing. I was almost unloved by my spouse bc of mania and meds caused him to go into psychosis and it WAS NOT HIM. Mental health is a huge issue and people who don’t understand this is an issue. No we are NOT all Lindsey, but this take is a bit too harsh

1) psychosis does not equal psychopathy 2) someone who is actively in psychosis does not true state of reality so the system did fail her 3) the child are the victims but we do not know who killed hence the trial… innocent until proven guilty

So this is called ✨confirmation bias✨. You didn’t have postpartum psychosis, so there must not be a reason for it? Numerous people spoke about how amazing of a mother she was including her former mother in law. She asked for help, and in return had a ridiculous amount of drugs given to her. Would you be in your right frame of mind if professionals, who you should be able to trust, gave you dozens medications in a short time span? All the while still in postpartum? The system FAILED HER.

I see what you’re saying but at the end of your video you say you are posting a page with resources. That’s were I have a problem, this lady did seek help over and over and was ignored or thrown pills at her. I worked in the medical field 30 years and patients are just a number, not people. I retired cause I couldn’t be a part of it anymore. Just my opinion

I hear where you’re coming from, and it’s completely understandable that you don't relate to her. However, the women saying 'We are Lindsay' aren't saying they want to commit violence. They are expressing how terrifyingly vulnerable women are to extreme postpartum hormonal shifts, and how easily the medical system dismisses moms who need help. Equating postpartum psychosis to being a 'psychopath' misunderstands the condition—psychosis is a medical emergency where you completely lose touch with reality. We can mourn the absolute tragedy of those three children while also recognizing that this was a catastrophic medical failure, not a calculated act of evil.
