I had to learn this lesson the hard way I had a family member going through a lot who always struggled with mental health I kept putting off texting him and was like I’ll just text him tomorrow over and over around a week before Christmas when he was supposed to come visit I found out he passed away after being struck by a truck while skating I had just talked to him a couple months before and honestly I still feel guilty for not being reaching out more and I myself have struggled with mental health since I was little and since loosing him I try my best to live for him and make him proud and push myself to be better then yesterday and make sure that I truly experience life and appreciate all that I have been given but also all that I have lost and can loose but also can gain and have gained and never forget someone always has it worse and that every day is worth living
