As a regular at this location it’s honestly hit or miss.. Mon/Tue peak busy, Wed/Thurs usually less people & always emptier Fri-Sun. Although I have been seeing alot of new faces 😅. For anyone newer to the gym setting though please rerack your weight and clean up after yourselves & sitting 5min “resting” on a machine during peak times is diabolical ngl😩
