I EBF primarily, pump when I feel like I would like to give a bottle so have an enough supply and if we go out I bring pump milk or a little bit of formula. I swear this has made my breastfeeding experience so calming. No need to over complicate it

I'm 13 days pp and exclusively pumping while my baby is in the NICU and I'm pumping 7 to 8 times a day, depending on the time of day I can get anywhere from 2 to 7 ounces (sometimes more.) I'm getting between 27-34 oz a day. I want to get to just breastfeeding without having to pump much. how can I do that without overwhelming him from the flow/let down once he starts nursing? and how to not harm my body doing it? I'm making double what he's taking right now.

I EBF but I only pump when I feel too encouraged. She’s a week old. I already have a freezer stash. Only pump 2 times a day to get some more relief

I’ve never had let down.. I’m an under supplier. I really wish I could feed my baby just breast milk. I feel so much conviction with formula. I’ve tried everything and my flanges are the correct size I’ve talked with a lc multiple times and nothings helps I don’t know what’s wrong with me…

Question! I have a 8week old EBF baby who has started sleeping through the night. Will sleeping through with him effect supply? Or do I need to wake up and pump?

The second my best friend who is a lactation consultant told me that if I was directly breastfeeding and staying home with my baby I didn’t have to pump, my whole journey got better! I keep around 20oz in the freezer for special occasions and that’s it.

I breastfed for 8 months, now I’m back at work and pumping while at work. My body isn’t responding to pumps. I checked flange size, replaced parts, everything I could think of and I’m not even pumping 1 ounce/30 minutes of pumping. Idk what to do I’m going through my freezer stash and I don’t want to give him formula

I've had to start pumping one side due to severe nipple damage and pain. Im struggling to pump enough milk for bubba and when he's on the other breast he's tugging. I saw the LC and she said he's trying to get more milk out as my supply has dipped. How can I bring it back up?

I’m low supply. Baby wasn’t putting on enough weight for a week or 2. Is there a way to build supply only through breastfeeding?

Do you recommend collecting colostrum if you are going to exclusively breast-feed and do not want an oversupply?

Definitely NO
I successfully fed my four. No pumos and no bottle. 40 years ago we'd never heard of pumping.

I pump because my breast gets full and ache quickly and my baby cannot keep up with my supply . I pump when my boobs are full and heavy and he’s sleeping

My baby is 7 weeks old and sleeping 8hr stretches. I’ve heard I need to do one pump during that time bc my milk is still regulating. Is this true?

I want to stop pumping and only nurse, but I have a crazy oversupply on my left side and it makes feeding on that side so difficult for my baby. I’m 8 weeks PP. I heard your supply automatically regulates around 12 weeks, but we can’t do another 4 weeks of this 😭 any tips for regulating your supply sooner?

I’ve noticed that my son starts to tug especially on the left side. Do I need to switch sides when that happens? Let him continue tugging? It’s not painful…I’ve never heard anyone talking about this. Thanks
