I stopped usinf conditioner all the time and only really use it every so often. I follow up with a leave in conditioner and my hair feels so much better. And doesn’t get as greasy. I have fine hair too

51 yo, Having a disgusting amount of hair falling out. Making an app for my pcp to run labs and feel I’m forced to try minoxidil- likely I’ll go with oral… what unique labs other than the standard should I be asking for?

Everybody concerned about double cleansing, I did it for about 6 months and ended up getting seborrheic dermatitis so now I wash once & switch between Nizoral and Vanicream shampoo. Just be careful you aren't stripping you scalp.
