@nicustrongdoc: You touch your baby… the oxygen drops… and immediately you wonder, “Was that my fault?” Very premature babies can be sensitive to handling, repositioning, and even small changes in their CPAP seal. A brief desaturation does not automatically mean you harmed your baby. Sometimes the monitor looks scarier than what is actually happening.
