I dont really get the whole trans people are upholding gender stereotypes as if gender isn't a biological thing literally engraved in our brain for self identity, trans people existing ALREADY goes against all forms of gender stereotypes by showing that gender is not a monolith and expands the boundaries of how society understands identity and the people who want those da stereotypes on society DONT see trans people as their preferred gender identity?? Not only that but the same society that's holding other minorities down is the same that's forcing transgender people to try and fit into hose stereotypes to feel validated and comfortable in their LIFE Also how is a male (as in bio sex speaking) going against his assigned gender role and a female (as in bio sex speaking) going against her assigned gender role and expected role in society and relationships (included for transwoman too but I got lazy to repeat) following gender rules. it also comes with the sex part?? Do you think patriarchy expects the woman to fuck the hell out of her man or something? Because that's what's happening (unless the doll wants to bottom ofc) buddy

i would agree if trans people did not feel the need to change their sex. if they performed whatever gender roles without changing their sex, they would be dismantling it. however, changing their sex AND their gender implies that that sex is linked and correlated to that gender, reinforcing gender roles.
