He was born and raised in human care and cannot be released into the wild. Since losing his lifelong companion, Zara, he has increasingly sought out human company. He does not live inside the house and has access to his outdoor enclosure and natural habitat at all times. Any interaction you see is on his terms, with experienced caregivers who have known and cared for him for many years.
