I know you’ll love it. We’re starting of by learning how to make the samosa sheets. I know they can be tricky to make but if you follow all these steps you’ll definitely ace it 🙌🏾 You’ll need *2 cups all-purpose flour *1/2 tsp salt *1 cup cold water (add gradually, you may need more or less depending on the flour you’re using) *Mix flour and salt *Add water gradually and knead into a firm, smooth dough. Use cold water instead of warm or hot for best results. *Cover and rest for 10-15 minutes *Divide the dough into equal balls *Roll each ball into a thin round circle *Brush lightly with oil *Sprinkle a little flour *Place another rolled sheet on top. I stack about 3 or4 you can do more *Roll gently together to seal *Use a circular lid or plate to get the perfect round shape *Cut in to quarters then cook on a dry pan on low heat until lightly cooked.
