I understand what you’re saying and I really appreciate your insights! I’ve been working on moving my body more (I’m in grad school so it’s sometimes hard to find the time and my work is so sedentary) but I’m trying to move more. But my question is, is you’re shorter (5’0) and ur in the beginning of ur fitness journey and relatively sedentary or even lightly active the fitness calculators do say low calories (approx 1300-1500ish calories at maintenance). So is ur advice just to move more so u can eat more? Also in order to lose weight would only moving more be enough on its own to lose weight when excerise doesn’t burn many calories itself?
