@torinredpath_: ANIMAL STYLE PROTEIN BOWL? 🔥 The original creator didn’t include exact measurements and his came out around 450 calories. Mine ended up a little higher at around 550 calories, but with more protein and still absolutely elite macros 😮💨 Big ups @ice.karimcooks for the video! I try and remake viral fat loss recipes and tell you if they’re worth your time, effort and calories. If that sounds good, follow @torinredpath ✅ 👨🍳 Ingredients — Makes 3 • 4 large Carisma potatoes • 500g lean beef mince • 1 onion • Salt + pepper • 6 slices light American cheese Burger Sauce • 320g Chobani Greek yoghurt • 80g light mayo • 60g ketchup • 40g American mustard • 60g pickle relish • Garlic powder • Paprika • Salt + pepper 👉 Method Chop the potatoes into fries, season and bake or air fry until crispy. Slice the onion and cook low and slow until caramelised. Remove it, then cook the beef in the same pan with salt and pepper. Mix all the burger sauce ingredients together. Split the potatoes between 3 bowls, top with beef, caramelised onions, 2 slices of light cheese per serve and loads of burger sauce. 📊 Approx Macros Per Serve ~550 Calories ~55g Protein ~50g Carbs ~15g Fat Quick lesson 👇 Loaded fries don’t need to be a 1,000+ calorie meal. Using lean beef, light cheese and a Greek yoghurt-based burger sauce lets you keep all the good stuff while massively increasing the protein and keeping calories under control. Mine came out a little higher than the original, but it also has more protein and a massive portion, which makes it seriously filling. This is exactly how you make fat loss food actually enjoyable 🍟🔥
