My mom used to sage the house all the time, I remember her lighting the sage so it smokes a lot and she walk around the house praying or reading the bible and moved the sage so that the smoke covered the entire house

make sure if you're buying white sage that it comes directly from the people who binded it together. or its said to hold bad juju. plus always use sweet grass with your sage, and a fan or feather to move the smoke around
