@techtiff: Your iPhone knows when you get home, so give it something to do with that information. I set up an automation that runs whenever I get home. If it’s after dark, my iPhone turns on the smart plug connected to my lights. Use that same trigger to text someone that you made it home safe or start a full “I’m home” routine. Your iPhone already knows you’re home. Give it something to do.
