@ral_livezy: Cheesy Chicken Reshmi Recipe by Saima Khan Ingredients: To a bowl, add 500g boneless, skinless chicken thighs 3 tbsp yogurt (45g) ½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 slit green chillies 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp salt and 10ml lemon juice (or the juice of ½ a lime). Mix everything well and marinate for 30 minutes, or cook it immediately if you’re short on time. To a pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp ghee ½ a sliced onion (40g). Cook until the onion turns translucent. Add ½ a sliced capsicum (30g) and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the marinated chicken and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until the chicken is about 90% cooked. Add 2 tbsp fresh cream (30ml), mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Add ½ cup mozzarella cheese (50g), cover and cook for 2 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Garnish with coriander, and it’s ready to serve!
