You don’t need to worry that normal phone charging beside you is giving you dangerous radiation. If possible, keep the phone on a hard, uncovered surface a little away from your bed while charging.

Ye video pura misleading hai bhai, isme jo meter dikh raha hai wo radiation meter nahi hai. Jo blue wala device hai wo *Body Voltage / EMF meter* hai, jo milli-volt me check karta hai. 280, 400, 460 jo number aa rahe hain wo milli-volt hain - matlab 0.4 volt. *Ye radiation nahi hai.* 1. *Phone ka charger ionizing radiation nahi deta.* Ionizing radiation wo hota hai jo cancer karta hai jaise X-ray. Phone aur uska charger sirf bahut halki low-frequency electric field banata hai, jo har wire, bulb, laptop charger me bhi banta hai. WHO ke hisab se ye itne low level par harmful nahi hai. 2. *Meter band karne ke baad bhi 460 kyun dikha raha tha?* Kyunki tumhari body ek capacitor ki tarah hai. 1 second charger touch kiya to body me halka static charge aa gaya. Wo 2-4 second me khud khatam ho jata hai, body me store nahi rehta.
