I work in a pediatric dental clinic, the amount of kids that come with a dirty face and dirty clothes is insane!! Like you’re telling me you saw they looked like that and didn’t wipe their little face down or changed their clothes, 100% it’s on the parents. 🥺

Ensure their nooks and crannies are clean ( inside their ears, their nose , their nail beds, corner of their eyes) ,Moisturize their skin , iron their clothes brush their hair . For the love of god clean their FREAKING SHOES!
