⁨ Baghali Polo (بهالي بولو) و باستخدام منتجات ‪@nobarsabz_om‬ الوصفه طلعت ولا اسهل و الذ. و بتحصلوا جميع منتجاتهم فاغلب أسواق السلطنه و الخليج المكونات: - ٢ كيلو لحم موزات - بصلتين كبار - ملعقتين ماي زعفران - ملح و فلفل اسود - ملعقة صغيره كركم - رشة زيت - كوبين عيش بسمتي - علبة شبت مفروم م‪@nobarsabz_om‬om - علبة فول اخضر مقشر و مقطع Ingredients: - 2 kgs lamb shanks - 2 large onions - 2 tbsps saffron water - salt & pepper - 1 tsp turmeric powder - splash of oil - 2 cups basmati rice - 1 packet of chopped dill - 1 packet of broad beans - start by searing the shanks in a splash of oil to seal their flavor and remove them from the pan. - add the sliced onions to the same pan with the shanks on top. Season with salt pepper turmeric and saffron water. - cover the pan and let them cook on low heat for about 2 hours or till the shanks are literally falling apart. - boil the soaked rice for about 7-8 minutes till 90% cooked. Then take a small amount and mix it with saffron water and a bit of dill. Mix the rest of the rice with dill. - in a pot add a splash of oil.
