I delt with this at 18 as the oldest child out of 4. My sister is Down syndrome, just imagine the grandfather I loved more than anything in the whole world would do that to my down syndrome sister, I’m six years older than her. I had to make sure I had video evidence first, my bf helped me secretly catch it. I needed the EVIDENCE, no way my family would believe me by word of mouth. I’m glad I did. It was evidence i could give the cops when the time came. Let’s just say my family was upset about the embarrassment than what happened to my sister. They blamed me for doing the right thing. I broke up the happy family they said, my grandma said it was just “petting” disgusting 🤮 Even my mom didn’t speak to me for a while. I never regretted protecting my sister. That’s what the oldest child is supposed to do, I don’t care if I shamed the family. I wasn’t born to repeat family TRAUMA & KARMA, I’m hear to BREAK ALL OF THEM!!!! That’s why I’m born 1st to make things right!!!💯 MY DAD HELPED ME THROUGH THIS, even though my parents are divorced, he was there to guide me.

I’m isolated from family because of this. SA’d as a child as well and this grandmother did exactly what my family did. Years later he called me and told me it was my fault, I was 6 or 7 yrs old, I’m 63 now and he’s still alive and still with my mother. I’m never going to be ok.

Its crazy how almost all women have experienced an uncle Frank in some way. I had one that would touche himself infront of us while we would watch tv. Predators are statistically more likely to be someone in the family or friend group.
