It’s cause it’s the only shooter that will actually give you a rush. The high speed movement constant gun fights constant thinking and awareness. This game is like crack. And we can’t get enough😭

It’s a good game but the devs have also done a great job at making it worse over the years I feel like the game has been down hill since they removed ranked arenas. They just cater to much to the top .01 percent of players. Ranked isn’t even fun anymore because it’s just low diamond players playing against preds almost every game. I remember a time when it was rare for preds to even get in the same lobbies as diamond players. It would be cool if apex legends is anti cheat wasn’t a wet biscuit wrapped in a napkin

Its the engine. A very large part of why apex is irreplaceable is the movement. The Source Engine is why all the wacky physics manipulation exists

No fall damage just a stagger, respawning, the mechanics of each legend, the lore and backstories, the champion squad screen, the banners and badges to show off.. literally nothing like apex.

I gotta admit they did a good job hyping it at the start, then along with the upcoming agents like Watsons, octain and crypto and such with each one with big hype like awesome trailers, leakes, lore, hell you can see crypto mess with the map itself
