Ladies take your multivitamins ,biotin , ,collagen … rosemary bushes are everywhere bio the water and spray your hair everyday or add the stems in your shampoo … that works

If you want some real stuff use coconut oils and moisturizer and use them in your hair and skin I promise you won’t regret it’s also good for sensitive skin and hair
