@therealmelissaelizondo: I didn't set out to build this business. It found me. In February the first AI employee hit the market. I hired mine in April, put him to work inside my agency, and now the two of us run marketing for 11 clients. He does about 95% of the work. I approve, and I go sell. So I did what anyone would do when something actually works. I started telling every business owner I know to go get one. About 20 of them did. And then the question changed. They stopped asking IF it works and started asking how much I would charge to come install it and train their team to actually use him. That is the whole business. Not building software. Not being technical. Helping teams shift how they think about handing off work.
