Hi I’ve taught 95% phonics (this curriculum). This page is to be done in class with the teacher guiding the students. The teacher is supposed to say the word that is in their teacher manual and blend it together with the students and have them write it. Example “Okay the word is dot, let’s break it apart then blend it together… (letter sounds for each letter) D.. o.. t.. dot. okay now write it on the line”. It’s not AI, it’s just supposed to be done in class and not a take home worksheet. As many of the pages don’t make sense without the teacher manual. Hope this helps. :)

It’s the lack of directions that makes these things so complicated (coming from someone who has a masters degree in education). I’m genuinely convinced the people making these things are not putting time and effort into creating these worksheets

I don’t think this was suppose to be homework. It looks like it’s three separate activities. The last part the teacher is suppose to say the words aloud and the children are suppose to sound it out and spell it.
