my body is telling me to stop eating meat, first it was beef and pork, then that stuff came out about the meat allergy from the lonestar tick bite. now I'm being urged to quit eating chicken. this is so hard! I don't know what to cook. I need to get some vegetarian cook books. my intuition is saying stop eating meat, so I'm listening. now collectively my entire household is on board and kinda on their own, which is crazy. something is happening.
