creating your own chaos weapon can be a lot more powerful though enchanting & potions that never need recharging plus the 2 enchantment perk you can also add absorb health potentially never needing health potions

Alternatively you can charge the ebony blade by first selling cabbages to Severio Pelagia outside Whiterun, then killing him and using the ritual stone to revive and kill him again. Because bodies raised by the ritual stone don't turn to ash when killed, you wait 24h, raise and kill him over and over until the blade is charged. Because Seeverio Pelagia is set to die, this doesn't affect the story in any way.
