If you want to, may you explain in plain black and white how reality works? I always hear “I would be unfazed because I know how reality works”. I would say I know how reality works and I’m aware of the contradiction as I’m sending this message, I am reality, its me, literally. so I understand this is counterintuitive, but I know to much, and the mind tends to over complicate it
