As someone with OCD he was likely panicking from a sprial about having to replace the pc and how long it might take him to break from his routine of streaming which is distressing and affects stability. Also just a remidner we do not know if Case has other mental health disorders that might also have affected him here. No one is perfect and we don't know him as a whole.
