Omo stuff Dey happen o my dad made me barb my her because I didn’t get home early with my friends on Christmas o and this early was 7/8 o he cut my hair say make I go barb am gave me 2h naira to barb it my mamma don put pepper for my V area and my eyes before because I burnt moi moi and it’s was still edible o I was like 8 the one I won’t forget is when my mom chased me out of the house for days guess what happened ? A guy let me in and practically grapes me and I was still there then I left to an extent guyy I slept outside inside market for 3 nights!!! Guyyy security man knew me cause he saw me in someone shop sleeping Omo no body knows all this happened to me fr 💔😭

Nigerian parents wants to suddenly starts being your best pal in 2026. Relationship that they never built from scratch. And then they wonder why you’re so distant. Growing up, having friends was a sin, the punishment for doing something wrong is to starve you, saying your mind was like pouring petrol into fire, confronting them will have them threatening you with curse, and ignoring them automatically makes you a pretender. Lots of abuses that has been rebranded into discipline…… stopping you from talking to a man so you won’t get pregnant. Lol…at the end of the day, it was my brother who got someone else’s child pregnant first….questioning a 23 year old undergraduate why she has a bf, but miraculously expecting a husband from her at 26….

I am just 19 ,my mom will tell me that she hates me that I should take care of my self ,she will also say my mates are feeding their self ,if I ask her for money sometimes she won’t give me,she doesn’t care how I feed and we are staying in the same house,she makes my stepfather always insulting me ,she makes me have low self esteem in my self ,I don’t even know where to start from am freaking tired 😭😭😭

My mom locked me out of the house cos I went for church bazaar, I stayed back cos I was part of the people holding funds, we had to stay back and count the funds to handover. Luckily one of the cars at home was unlocked and I slept inside it. She didn’t open the door till morning. I can never forget
