Which one is more joint friendly do you think? I have HSD (hypermobility spectrum disorder) and I get a lot of pain in my hands from some squishies, but I LOVE moldable/slow rebound squishies.

coconut oil actually has rebound, but so slightly it takes 1-2 hours for it to go back to its original shape. sometimes days. gel on the other hand doesnt have rebound but is very soft
