She decided to end our relationship following an argument we had about how rarely we saw each other and how our communication had grown cold. I voiced my complaints, and in a moment of anger, she ended things—but I told her that such a decision shouldn't be made in the heat of the moment. We agreed to talk again about "us" on November 6th. She says she still has feelings for me and doesn't want to lose me, but she needs time to reflect on her emotions; I find it hard to believe that feelings could change so drastically after just one argument. She has started a new job and is now dealing with a demanding routine—something she isn't used to. We barely speak anymore, if at all. When I try to have a normal conversation, she treats me with rudeness and hostility. I keep clinging to the idea that, after our talk on the 6th, everything will go back to normal—though I know deep down that it won't. I miss her. Even though I know she won't come back, I’m still here, waiting for that day. My anxiety keeps flaring up, and since I have a septal hypertrophy, it only makes my health worse. She now takes hours to reply to my messages; if I avoid reaching out, she seems concerned, but if I try to keep the lines of communication open, she avoids me. If I tell her I miss her, she ignores that part and immediately changes the subject. Am I being selfish by focusing only on my own feelings rather than her current, demanding routine? I don't know. I just needed to vent—this is the first time I’ve done so since it all happened. All I can do now is wait.
