@makeretemiringa: French Onion Chicken & Potato Bake 💛 Recipe inspired by @BreesYummyCreations 😍 One of the easiest weeknight dinners to add to your rotation - creamy, filling and one the whole family will love! INGREDIENTS: • 4 chicken thigh cutlets • Diced potatoes • 1 sachet MAGGI French Onion Soup • 1 sachet Cream of Chicken Soup • 500–600ml cream • Seasonings of choice • Bacon • grated cheese • Parsley METHOD: Boil diced potatoes for 10 mins, then drain and add to a baking dish. Season chicken and lay over the potatoes. Mix both soup sachets with the cream and pour evenly over everything. Bake at 180°C fan forced for 40 mins (or 170°C if your oven runs hot).
