Korean Multigrain Rice/ Purple Ricd⤵️ 10 lbs white rice 3-5 lb black sweet rice 3.2 lbs pressed barley 2 lb peeled mung bean 4 lbs sweet rice ⁃ Combine this all together in a big bucket. I used a rice cooker to cook my rice ⁃ Black rice is what makes it purple so you can add more or less. ⁃ The measurements for this can all be adjustable. If you can’t find a 2 lb bag of peeled mung bean but found a 3lb bag, use that.
