@marce55363: THEY ARE SO GOOD 🤭#muffin #proteinmuffin #lowcalorie #snack #snacktok #sweettreat #highprotein #momtok

jessicanicolewigl :

do you know the calorie & protein count for the muffins

Katie :

I made similar muffins that are 9G protein and 154 calories per large muffin- zero sugar devils food cake mix, 1/2 cup dannon light and fit toasted marshmallow yogurt, 2 eggs, full bottle of core power chocolate Fairlife, and 1 cup Hershey zero sugar chocolate chips. For someone who was so worried they would be gross, they are really good!

Kellie :

what are the macros?

Nooj1024 :

So no egg just those 3 ingredients?

Brittneyhacker :

How many calories for one muffin

kayla062499 :

Ouuu I wanna use my chocolate peanut butter protein shake for the muffins 😋

Vicnme327 :

I only have a yellow zero cake mix. I’m going to add same exact ingredients.

Brooke🖤🎲🃏 :

Macros for 1 Brownie: 112c 4.4g protein

Brittany :

This has meldetrine ( sp?) in it which is the same as a laxative so don’t eat to many at one time
