This reminds me of my ghost story when I worked in an old Victorian school converted into a nursery. Our managers office was always locked but our manager was in there for a bit. The managers went in and out during my lunch. Suddenly I heard a knocking on the office door, I jumped out of my seat rushing over to the door thinking someone had accidentally locked our manager inside her office. No one was in there 😭 🫣

RN here, have worked in care homes and hospitals for 30+ years.... I could write a book..... hospitals are one thing but care homes are on a completely different level!!!!

I worked in a private hospital with a hospice in the same building, one night I saw a man in navy blue pyjamas with lots of white hair walking down a corridor, all the patients were on the lower floor, so I informed the nursing staff but there was no one of that description on the ward do they rang the hospice they did have a patient, but he had passed away a few hours earlier and they were awaiting the funeral directors!!

I was 18 when I had my first job in a nursing home. It was an unexpected de*th. The family came in to say their goodbyes. As the undertaker were taking her out the building, the room alarm started going off. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it was her room that was going off, as she was being carried out. My soul nearly jumped out of my body. everyone was downstairs.

I worked in plastic theatre at Newcastle General hospital. one night I saw an elderly gentleman walking up a corridor through plastics to the wards which was closed off. I followed and shouted Hello can I help you. r u ok. he kept walking and turned the corner. I followed but he was nowhere to be seen. I checked the toilets and he wasn't there. I rushed back to where my colleague was and we both went back to check. nobody. we locked up and stayed at the other side of the hospital all night. next evening the Dr's said I hear you saw our Charlie. he was a regular. I never worked alone again.

I worked in a hospice I've heard all sorts whistling . my name being called . I was walking along a corridor one night and every time I got to a certain point of the corridor it was like something was breathing in my face 😱

When I worked in a care home a few years ago: I was working on the ground floor that day and went onto the 3rd floor to get something. I saw an elderly woman that I had never seen in the home before. I asked one of the nurses who is the new lady? And the nurse said there’s no new residents. I went to the empty room to check and it was empty😭never saw her again!

I worked in a nursing home and on my 1 hour break i decided to close my eyes and but i felt like someone watching me n when i opened them there was a old lady sat on the chair staring at me and then smiled and waved i thought it was a resident so i turned around to put the light on and there wasn’t anyone there 😳

I used to work nights at a care home and witnessed so much unexplained things, tvs and radios turning on, sensor matts going off in empty rooms. So scary!

Perfect time for manifestation is those early hours between 2-4am, as you get more tired your energetic guard is let down & you blend more with spirit energy, but either way if they want you to see them they will turn up 😄 it’s an incredible experience seeing them with your own eyes, I’ve seen a lot! 🌝

I used to work in assisted living. This particular building was built on a graveyard of all places. Residents would come to us all the time about stuff they had seen or heard. In this case here one of my girls had an experience of seeing a woman standing behind her in the reflection of this kettle. Scared her senseless. I had the same call the next day and thought I would take a picture and got this. Clear as day, someone peaking round the door at me. The gentleman in this flat was wheelchair bound.

I worked in an old factory. They had security guards. Back in the early days they also had guard dogs. i got a job there in the mid 1990’s. I was working a night shift and it was about October time. I worked with one of person in a cold part of the factory down inside a cable pit. This particular evening i climbed out the pit to go for hot drinks from the vending machine. This was red hot chocolate . Powder and hot water . I got two drinks and walked back to the pit. As i got to the corner a dog came running around the corner and leapt towards me with its mouth opening. I flew backwards spilling the hot drinks down myself. Burning hot! This dog vanishes into a mist or smoke. I was covered in this burning hot choc ! Luckily i had many layers on and although it was very hot and wet i didn’t get scarred . I walked back to my work colleague and explained what had happened . He wasn’t surprised and went to get more drinks . Came back and started to tell ghostly happenings that he had experienced in his life. We exchanged stories for the rest of the shift . Got me into the paranormal. I later researched the factory and didn’t find out anything about a ghost dog. But a friend’s dad used to work there as a security guard back in the 70’s 80’s. One time i was at his house and he was asking how my job hunting was going. I told him i had worked at the factory , he then said he had worked there for years and asked his wife for an old news paper . She pulled a paper out the kitchen drawer . It had a story about the factory and how a dog had been put onto the roof there to pursue some intruders. The dog was of the same breed i had seen that night at the factory . This security dog whilst in pursuit of the intruders ,had fallen through the fragile roof and it broke its legs. The company paid for the dog to be flown to the usa for ground breaking surgery. It had titanium inserts. It made a full recovery and continued to work at the factory and later passed one eve whilst on shift there..😳 the place is gone now and new houses occupy the site. I wonder if the spot is inside someones home👀
