Creamy Garlic Pasta Recipe 😋 INGREDIENTS: 1tbsp oil / butter 🧈 1 onion 🧅 6-7 cloves garlic 🧄 2tbsp tomato paste 🍅 Small tub double cream ( 450ml ) 🥛 salt to taste 🧂 1tsp black pepper 🫙 1tsp Italian seasoning 🌿 1tsp basil 🌱 1tsp chilli flakes 🌶️ 6-8 tagliatelle balls ( pasta ) 🍝 1 babybel & cheese 🧀 METHOD: 1. Cook your chopped onion in some oil /butter on a medium heat until they’re translucent. (8-10mins) 2. Add your garlic and cook for 8-10 minutes or until garlic is soft. ( add salt here ) 3. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with a bit of water so it’s like a thick paste. 4. Add double cream to the pan and turn the heat to medium low. 5. Add your herbs & spices and let the sauce simmer. 6. Boil your pasta, 2 mins over the recommended time on the packet. On the highest heat. 7. Half way through the pasta boiling process, add some of that water into the sauce to loosen it up. 8. Add some cheese to the sauce. 9. When the pasta is done, add it into the sauce and mix. 10. Taste and season to your liking if you need to add or takeaway. 11.
