If you want to build something similar, here’s the simple framework: 1️⃣ Find ONE problem Don’t start with, “What can I sell?” Start with: “What problem does my audience desperately want solved?” Examples: • People struggling to lose weight • Beginners wanting to learn Canva • Dog owners struggling with training • People wanting to learn a new skill Pain creates attention. Solutions create sales. 2️⃣ Create a simple solution You don’t need to create a 300-page ebook. Create something that helps someone get from Point A → Point B. A checklist. A guide. A template. A workbook. A step-by-step system. Make it easy to consume and easy to implement. 3️⃣ Build content around the problem This is where most people get it wrong. Don’t constantly post: “BUY MY PRODUCT.” Instead, create content that solves small pieces of the bigger problem. Teach something. Share a mistake. Tell a story. Answer a common question. Show a result. Give people a reason to trust you. 4️⃣ Create better hooks Your content can be amazing, but if nobody stops scrolling, it doesn’t matter. Instead of: “3 tips for making money online” Try: “I wasted 6 months doing this before I made my first sale.” Create curiosity. Make the viewer feel like: “I need to know what happens next.” 5️⃣ Study your winners This is one of the biggest things I see people ignore. When a video performs well, don’t just celebrate it and move on. Study it. Ask: What was the hook? What topic did I talk about? How long was the video? What emotion did it create? Where did people start engaging? Then create more content using the same winning concept. Not a copy. A variation. 6️⃣ Turn attention into an offer Once people are consuming your content, give them a clear next step. Your bio should make it obvious: Who you help. What you help them achieve. Where they can get your product. Don’t make people hunt for the offer. 7️⃣ Rinse and repeat This is the boring part. Post. Analyze. Improve. Repeat. Most people quit before they collect enough data to figure out what works. You don’t need every video to go viral. You need to keep testing until you find patterns. And when you find something that works… DO MORE OF IT. Stop worrying about the people laughing at you. Stop worrying about the people who don’t understand. Stop worrying about proving yourself to everyone. Your job is to build. Their job is to have an opinion. So create the product. Post the content. Study the results. Improve the offer.
