Schools should only be able to make demands during contractual hours. I think this is a ridiculous situation. Seth should sue the school system for wrongful termination. Many of my teacher friends have side jobs to make ends meet.

Most employers are like they truly think they can control you 90% of the employers don’t meet the poverty line along with rent and bills most people work 2 or more jobs this is diabolical that they can make a request like this and forces a Person to give up their career so sad
