@officially_julie27: Going from driving trucks to planning them has given me a whole different perspective. I’ve been on the other side of it — the long days, the pressure, the early starts and everything that comes with being out on the road. Now being on the planning side, that experience helps me understand the job from a driver’s perspective too. I’m grateful for where I’ve been because it’s helped me become better at where I am now. Sometimes the experience you gain along the way ends up being one of your biggest strengths.
