would admission tutors care if im applying to cambridge for medicine and if i get a 6 in spanieh and rest 8s and 9s since i was forced to pick spanish beacause of my school pathway scheme ???

If you got an 8 at gcse in the subject you’re applying for, but the school you went to performed far below the national average, could that be looked past? Would extenuating circumstances help at all?
