she lets Sophia choose who she wants to be, and she supports her no matter what. people can say what they want about Farrah, but that woman is a good and supportive mother

She really did struggle. People don’t understand when someone lives in fight or flight mode. It really does change you. I like this version of her.

This interview made me love her even more. Yea she was unhinged at times but that was coming from a place of hurt. I commend her for being the awesome mom that she wished she had 🥹

Just watched the episode, Farrah has lived in Fight or Flight mode her entire life, she has clearly done a lot of work on herself in her adult years and her relationship with Sophia is a testament to her true character.

I see such a softer version of her now. She was so loud and reactive on 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom, and I feel like that was a cover for deeper wounds. Now you can see the work she’s done in how she can hold space for the gray areas and understand that people can love you while still doing the best they know how. I’m so proud of who she’s become, and I hope I can get to that place someday too.

This has been a very insightful interview and I’ve changed my view on this person massively. She broke the cycle. She’s actively working on herself and growing as a person. She was the victim of circumstance. But has shown herself to be a wonderful parent and not put Sophia through the same nonsense she endured.
